Chukwuemeka Olumba—fondly called Chuks—is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 19 years of experience in Nigeria’s private legal sector. As Principal Partner at Radiance Attorneys & Solicitors, he leads a multidisciplinary team delivering bespoke solutions in litigation, tax consultancy, real estate, and legal technology.
A tech-savvy and innovation-driven lawyer, Chuks has represented clients before all superior courts of record in Nigeria, including the Supreme Court. He has successfully handled over 60 complex tax and debt recovery matters for state governments and corporate entities, offering strategic legal and tax advisory that improves compliance and drives revenue generation.
A recognized thought leader in legal innovation and access to justice, Chuks founded Nigeria’s first Legal Hackers Chapter in 2017, fostering collaboration between lawyers, policymakers, and technologists. He spearheaded the Trial Mentor Project, supporting self-represented litigants in small claims courts, which earned him a HiiL Innovating Justice Award nomination in 2014.
